What data we collect

• Hosting: Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, it automatically stores technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access in log files for security reasons. These logs are deleted regularly.
• Contact: If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Zalo or phone, we use your message only to answer you. Those services have their own privacy policies.
• Contact form: If you use the form on our website, we receive your name, your email or phone number, your message and – for hostel requests – your travel dates and number of guests. The form is sent by email to us through our web host (Hostinger). We use this data only to answer you and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Event bookings: When you book an event on our website, we store your name, email, phone number (optional), number of guests, dietary notes and booking code on our web server (Hostinger), and send them to us by email. We use this data only to manage your booking and payment, and delete it after the event (at the latest after 3 months). Payment is made directly by bank / e-wallet transfer – we do not receive any card or bank login data.
• Event feedback: If you fill in a feedback form after an event, we store your ratings and comments, and – only if you enter them – your first name and email. We use your email only to invite you to future events (you can say stop at any time) and quote your feedback only if you tick the box for it.
• Google Maps: The map on our website is only loaded after you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies.
• Photos of guests: On our “Life at Socialhouse” page we only publish photos of guests who agreed to it. If you see yourself and want a photo removed, just tell us and we will remove it right away.
• Fonts: We use Google Fonts.
• Google Analytics (only with your consent): If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our website – for example which pages are visited and from which country. Google sets cookies (names starting with “_ga”) for this purpose, and IP addresses are shortened. Data may be processed on Google servers outside Vietnam and the EU. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell your data.

Your rights
