We support local farmers and dedicated producers across Đà Lạt and Vietnam, whose hard work brings fresh, wholesome ingredients straight to our coffee bar and kitchen.
Coffee
From Zanya in Lang Biang, right next to Đà Lạt.
Chocolate
70% chocolate from Zanya – whole cacao beans grown on Đắk Lắk farms, processed in Lang Biang, Đà Lạt.
Matcha
From Lạc Yên Trà in Thái Nguyên, Vietnam’s famous tea region.
Homemade – heartmade
Everything handcrafted in-house
Everything we serve is made in our own kitchen – free from artificial powders and synthetic flavourings. Our all-day kitchen runs with huge support from our master chef – Mom.
If you come, you should try:
- Hot chocolate – melted from our 70% Zanya chocolate bar
- Salted cream coffee – with our homemade cream made from farmer cheese
- Secret seasonal matcha – our barista Jin always surprises you with a new matcha creation paired with seasonal homemade jam
- Family dinner – a home-cooked dinner by Mom, 180,000 ₫ per person incl. one drink
Our pastries are freshly baked every day: chocolate cookies, matcha chocolate cookies, muffins, cakes, a chocolate brownie so fudgy it melts your heart – and in high season a classic Viennese Sachertorte.
